Preheat the oven to 400° F.

Slice baguette into 16 - 1/2" thick slices and toast under the
broiler, or in the oven at 400°F until toasted. Remove from oven and
spray one side of each slice with olive oil cooking spray.

Thickly slice each mushroom to create 16 slices. Lightly coat a
large skillet with olive oil spray and add the mushroom slices close
together. Brown one side of mushrooms over medium-high heat, then
stir and cook for 1 minute longer. Sprinkle with the oregano and
white wine and cook for an additional minute. Arrange 1 mushroom
slice over each toast, sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of Parmesan cheese
and bake on a baking sheet for 2 to 4 minutes or until the cheese is
golden.
