Ingredients
3 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 cucumber, peeled, halved, seeded, and chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 pound peeled, deviened, and cooked shrimp, chopped
1/2 pound lump crabmeat, drained
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice

In a large serving bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, onion,
cilantro, shrimp, and crabmeat. Sprinkle with the lime juice and
gently stir to combine. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
